ABOUT CHRISTINE

I live with my husband and two precious daughters in the foothills of the beautiful Ozark Mountains in my home state of Arkansas. My greatest earthly joy is my family and, aside from doing God’s will, spending time with them is my top priority.

In Search of Love, my first full-length novel, begins the McFadden Brothers series, set in Arkansas. It, along with the second book in that series, Patchwork & Politics and third book, Through the Fire can be ordered from Heartsong Presents Book Club. Through the Fire is also in Christian bookstores. The final book in the McFadden Brothers series — Longing For Home — will be available through the book club in March 2005 and in bookstores a few months later. Thanks so much to all of you who have written to tell me that you’re following and enjoying the McFadden brothers’ stories.

I recently took a break from writing romance to pen a Christmas story with a twist. My Mom Lit novella, My True Love Gave to Me, is part of a 2 in 1 anthology from Barbour entitled All Jingled Out. It’s also included in Simply Christmas, a 4 in 1 Barbour anthology. One of my holiday highlights was seeing Simply Christmas at Sam’s Club a few weeks before Christmas.

I have written two other novellas, both romance, which are included in Barbour anthologies, City Dreams, and Prairie County Fair and a serial for the Heartsong Presents book club newsletter – The Carousel Horse. The Carousel Horse can be read in its entirety on the Heartsong website.

In 2003, I was honored by being voted #2 Favorite New Author by the Heartsong Presents Book Club members!
