In the Home Stretch

I'm in the home stretch this week on my book. Lord willing, I'll be turning it in Friday. His grace is sufficient, and I know this because there's no way I can do it on my own. Amazingly, even though I'm pressured, I'm laughing and growing along with Allie as she learns some tough lessons through the disasters that are coming her way. I always fall a little in love with the heroes in my books, and Daniel Montgomery is no exception. Good thing they're all loosely based on my sweet husband, huh?

Several of my friends are at CBA in Denver this week. Kind of tough staying home. But right now that's where I'm needed -- at home, writing. To every thing there is a season. I'm hoping next year it will be my season to go to CBA, but only God knows.

I covet your prayers this week for me and for my family as I work early to late every day. I'll report in again when the book is done.

Until then. . .love deeply!
